What is the C8
The C8 is a summit that included the world’s first eight Cocoa-producing nations.
The special part of Eurochocolate 2005 dedicated to Cocoa-producing nations, Eurochocolate World, will explore the initiatives of the C8, including the C8 Producers Association,  the Cocoa Research Institute etc.

Why the Summit
Thought the C8 we want to give the opportunity to the representative of cocoa producing countries to met each other in Perugia, with the objective to develop and find new solutions for a sustainable cocoa future with no difference between North and South of the World.

Who can partecipate
Who will participate in the Summit:
- representative from cooperative of productores
- representative from association of cocoa producing countries
- representative of international organization that control the cocoa market
- political representative and institutional from the Cocoa producing countries

Where it will be
The C8 International Cocoa Summit will take place in Perugia, the 20th of October, at the University for Foreigneirs, Aula Magna, Perugia, 10 a.m.

When
The C8 will take place in the next edition of Eurochocolate, that it will be in Perugia, Italy, from the 15th to 23rd October 2005.
