Another new feature of the 2008 edition is the partnership between Eurochocolate and the Florentine Festival della Creatività (Creativity Festival), two exhibitions that are a hymn to the imagination, bound not only by the same timing (the festival is held in Florence from October 23 to 26 while the last weekend of Eurochocolate will be taking place in Perugia), but also by the short distance between Florence and Perugia, which allows visitors to spend an intense weekend of fun and sweetness while enjoying the culture and history of these two beautiful cities.

Within the de GustiBooks area of the Festival della Creatività, dedicated to quality wine & food and crafts products and to sector publications, Eurochocolate will be present not only with sweet chocolate tastings but also with the Play Chocolate exhibition, the innovative design event entirely dedicated to chocolate. The exhibition displays the drafts, sketches and graphic works of 13 young food designers who, under the expert guidance of Giulio Iacchetti and Matteo Ragni, have created original and entertaining chocolate products.

At the same time, the Festival della Creatività will open a window within Perugia’s exhibition with several anticipations of the rich Florentine programme and a streaming live show as homage to the theme of the Visioni, Viaggi, Scoperte Festival, hosted by Eurochocolate World which represents a veritable voyage in the discovery of “brown gold”.
