A short tasting adventure to discover the traditional matchings between chocolate and the many varieties of nuts as well as the new and less common ones – organized together with Associazione Nazionale Città della Nocciola. The aim is to approach the festival’s visitors to the Italian Hazelnut and its many varieties and to its history and its old and new uses. NoccioliAmo also includes, for real nut-lovers, a mini-course for becoming hazelnut experts and for learning how to appropriately use one of Italy’s most representative products.
Associazione Città della Nocciola will give visitors the complimentary guide Nocciolands made in association with ResTipica and Anci: a trip starting in the Piedmont region and ending in Sicily through the traditions of Italy’s Hazelnut Cities.
