Perugia Fontivegge is the main railway station of the town and it is on a secondary railway of the national railway system It is located in Vittorio Veneto Square,, well away from the historic center (about 3km from the center in the lower suburb of "Fontivegge") but a 15-minute ride on buses from the center of town.

Sant'Anna Station is managed by the privately run FCU train line that serves Umbria, and it is located in the center, just off Piazza Partigiani, where is the bus terminal.
